About HR Case Status Workflow
Important: The following features are available as part of a paid enhancement package for Ivanti Neurons for HR.
The Status field drop-down list is now limited by a workflow and the list now only shows the available Next Status options.
For example, if your HR Case is in status Active, the available statuses for that case to move to are as follows:
Note: When an HR Case is in status Waiting Approval, you cannot change the record manually to another status - the field is locked until the approval process is completed (regardless of outcome).
Auto-Closure of HR Cases
When you change the status of an HR Case to Cancelled or Resolved and save it, a timer starts.
After three business days, the HR Case is automatically moved to status Closed assuming it isn't moved out of status Resolved in the meantime.
